As a prominent commercial and retail destination in Badr City, Cairo, Egypt, the Mall Eagle Plaza required a robust, scalable infrastructure capable of handling high public traffic, complex security needs, and demanding data requirements. This project utilized a core Fiber Optic Backbone to ensure that every system—from security to communication—operates with future-proof speed and reliability, guaranteeing exceptional performance across the entire complex.
The operational core is managed by fully integrated systems: high-resolution CCTV provides comprehensive coverage for loss prevention and rapid incident response, while the Access Control System and Time and Attendance modules securely manage staff entry, payroll compliance, and access to restricted zones. For public safety, an Intelligent Fire Alarm System offers immediate, localized threat detection and mitigation, protecting both patrons and assets.
Furthermore, the centralized Sound System and Central Satellite System enhance the customer experience by providing seamless public announcements, emergency messaging, and consistent entertainment across all retail spaces.
